We exist for children. To make their world a better place. To help them learn, grow and become who they want to be. No matter where they’re growing up, we find a way to reach the children who need us most.
We are working towards playing a full role in decolonising development, reflecting on what this means and how we should be rethinking our practises to truly make an impact for children across the world.
We aim to create an inclusive work environment where staff can be themselves. It allows us to be innovative in our thinking and in the way we work to support and empower the most vulnerable to have a voice and build for the future.
We work around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice.
We reach millions of children in over 100 countries, thanks to your help. We're there when children need us most. We help them grow strong, learn and survive, so they can build a better future.
